About Me
Hi, I’m Jeannie. I have been grooming cats exclusively and full-time for 15 years. You can rest assured that with my experience and skills, your cats’ grooming experience will be as stress free and pleasant as possible. My expertise and pet-friendly methods ensure the best quality groom with the least amount of stress, and have brought me many repeat clients over the years. Grooming services are currently available in a shop setting in Sherwood Park, AB, or limited house calls, by appointment only.
Please Note
** Grooming is available by appointment only at the start times shown online - no pre-appointment or post-appointment care is available.
** Front paw nail trims (done by me) are required before any service can begin, even for outdoor cats. This is a safety precaution. No nail trim, no grooming, no exceptions.
**Rabies, FVRCP and FelV vaccines are STRONGLY recommended for all cats regardless if they are strictly indoor, outdoor or somewhere in between. For cats who can't be vaccinated due to health issues, I will also accept a letter of exemption from your vet. You can also provide the results of annual titer testing in lieu of vaccines. If you choose to bring your cat for grooming without the recommended vaccinations, you accept all consequences and hold The Cats Meow and its staff harmless from liability of any kind resulting from any communicable virus/ illness that your pet develops after their visit.

**Pickups must be completed within 15 minutes of our phone call notifying you of completion of the groom, or a late fee of $2 per minute will apply. All services and fees must be paid in full before the pet leaves the premises.
**I accept cash, PayPal, or debit, Visa/MC, or e-transfer. E-transfers can be sent to tcmgrooming@gmail.com, but please note additional charges may apply to your groom that would be payable at pickup (eg. matting fees etc).
**Missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 48-hour advance notice will incur a fee of 50-100% of all services booked. This fee is payable before your next visit can be booked. Because I groom one on one, the revenue for your appt slot is lost for the day as I do not have enough time to fill the space. Repeated missed appointments will require pre-payment of your grooming fees at the time of booking and are non-refundable if you then miss that reservation without 48 hours advance notice of your cancellation.
